EHC is looking for a Document Control Assistant for a client in the Conroe Area

Status: Full-Time
Start Date: 08/25/2026
Schedule: Day Shift
Position Requirements
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Work Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime is not expected.
Work Location:
This position is 100% on-site in Conroe, Texas. Remote and hybrid work options are not available.
Top Skills Needed
Strong attention to detail
Experience filing paperwork alphabetically and/or numerically
Computer proficiency
Previous experience with Adobe products is highly preferred

Position Summary
A manufacturing and industrial services organization is seeking a Document Control Assistant to support document management and administrative functions in its Conroe, Texas facility.
Key Responsibilities
Create, compile, and maintain required documentation.
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
Produce and manage both hard-copy and electronic documentation.
Coordinate the shipment of documentation when necessary.
Perform additional administrative and document control duties as assigned.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of experience in document control or office administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail
